You agree to use the Service only for domains and systems that you own or for which you have obtained explicit authorization from the rightful owner. Unauthorized scanning or testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Scan or analyze domains without the owner's authorization
  • Scan SecuProbe's own domains (secuprobe.io, app.secuprobe.io, api.secuprobe.io) without prior written authorization from Axyncore
  • Use the Service for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

SecuProbe offers multiple subscription plans, including Free, One-Shot, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Features, usage limits, and pricing vary depending on the selected plan. Current pricing is available on the SecuProbe website. Paid subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis. SecuProbe reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of that provider. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial refunds are not provided.

7. Intellectual Property

The SecuProbe platform, including its software, design, algorithms, reports, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain the exclusive property of Axyncore.

You retain ownership of the data you submit or upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant SecuProbe a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecuProbe is an automated security auditing tool. While the Service aims to identify potential security issues, it does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities. Reports generated by the platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a certified professional security audit. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecuProbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. In any event, SecuProbe's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your user dashboard. SecuProbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized scanning, or misuse the Service. Such termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Changes to the Terms

SecuProbe may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before initiating legal proceedings. If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
